Opportunity knocks!! This home was originally built in 1927 by a group of early Black Mountain investors, passed along throughout the years and was given a much needed, GRIFFIN AWARD-WINNING remodel. Although there are some safe and comfortable renovations for the modern world, there's still a rich history in the home. The original front steps were reworked with original materials to conform with current codes and the walkway is made from bricks from the old Biltmore Brick Factory.
